These run TRUE, you can take your true size. I wear a women's 6.5 usually and have a wide foot, the 6.5 in these fit me perfectly with a thick sock on. If you wanted to add an your own insert along with thick socks, we recommend sizing up 1/2 size. Keep in mind they will loosen a bit with wear.
