Shipping & Returns

Shipping Return/Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Exchanges must be shipped back to us within 3 business days of the original receipt. Tags MUST be attached, with receipt. No exchanges without a receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. Items must look and smell fresh. We inspect all exchanges to ensure they’re in the same condition in which they left the store, same bag is strongly encouraged. Shoes must be in the box and unworn. Queen B reserves the right to refuse exchanges. We do not give cash back or credit back customer bank/debit/cards. A 15% restocking fee applies along with the new shipping cost of replacement items. These must be paid before replacement items are shipped out or it will be deducted from the merchandise credit for your later use.

No exchanges on the following:
Red or Blue Lined Sale Items, Jewelry, Socks, Hats, Bralettes, Intimates, Leggings, Giftables and Greeting Cards, Books, Drinkware, and Home Decor.
