Shipping Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 3 business days of the original receipt. Tags must be attached, with receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must look and smell fresh. We inspect all exchanges to ensure they’re in the same condition in which they left the store, Shoes must be in the box and unworn. Queen B reserves the right to refuse exchanges.
